My Role in this Work
You’ve built a life filled with purpose and responsibility.
But beneath the surface, something may feel unsettled.
The pressure to lead, produce, or keep it all together can leave you wondering who you are, what you believe, and what’s actually sustaining you.
You might be in a season of spiritual shift.
You may feel the unraveling of what once felt certain, but aren’t willing to walk away entirely.
You want something deeper. Something real. Something you don’t have to perform.
I offer spiritual direction for leaders and professionals who are sorting through questions about faith, identity, vocation, and desire.
Many I walk with are moving through disorientation into something more honest and whole.
Some are rebuilding a faith that can hold the weight of their experience.
Others are learning to trust again God, themselves, their own inner knowing.
I don’t offer fixes or formulas.
I offer presence, reflection, and a steady place to explore what’s stirring in you and what might be emerging.
These things take time.
My approach is grounded in contemplative Christian spirituality and prayer, informed by a trauma-aware lens. I hold an M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, where I also serve as a Staff Director supporting faculty, staff, and students in seasons of transition, discernment, and growth.
I meet with individuals and groups in the Orange County area and online.
